Lizelle Oosthuizen is a Director in the firm’s Conveyancing Department. She joined the firm in 2007 as an Associate and her excellent work ethic and ability resulted in her appointment as a Director soon thereafter.
Lizelle plays a significant role in managing the firm’s Conveyancing Department. Her attention to detail, friendly nature, and strong belief in educating her clients and industry role players with regard to the latest conveyancing processes and procedures are characteristics which have established her excellent reputation as a Conveyancer.
Lizelle has assisted the Department of Human Settlements in the Province of the Eastern Cape and various Municipalities to transfer ownership of properties to beneficiaries.
Lizelle practises in the field of general Conveyancing including the registration of sectional title schemes. As a Notary Public, she also attends to the preparation and registration of servitudes, antenuptial contracts, prospecting and mining rights.
