Gershwin Boonzaaier is an Associate in the firm’s Labour Department and joined the firm in 2017 as a Litigator in our Road Accident Fund Department. He specialises in the fields of Labour Law Litigation and Personal Injury Claims. He became an admitted attorney in 2017 and holds an LLB degree from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University and is currently studying towards a Master’s degree in Labour Law.
Gershwin has been instrumental in setting up our East London branch by providing professional support and managing the office.
When dealing with clients, he believes that it is important to ensure virtues of autonomy, liberty, privacy and dignity.
